MANY THINGS TO EXPLORE, TONS OF LOVE LEFT!

United States of America is always full of surprises—for me! Well it is my very first time going to the U.S and I enjoy it so far. As Indonesian, which have a huge different with this country I love to explore anything here. And today my YSEALI Fellow and I had a great chance to live with American family till next two days.
Ruzzel—from Philippines and I lived in David Cole and Linda Handerson’s house. They have two kids, a daughter and son, Kristin and Dylan. But both live outside Missoula. The Cole-Handerson family live an active lifestyle and they enjoy outdoor activities very much. They love to explore wildlife in or out Missoula. Linda is retired nurse and David is a retired wilderness reserah scientist. Both are so amazing.
In the morning, just with Linda—because David just want to enjoyed his lazy Saturday—we went to Farmer’s Market in North Downtown Missoula. We had been here before, but we want to repeated it. Previously we had a breakfast in Veera Donuts. In Farmer’s Market we got some free books from Missoula Public Library. I am happy for that! After that we went to groceries and secondhand store.
We were home at 11.50 AM and had a lunch. After that David and I went to Bitterroot National Forest in Lolo. It was fun. I enjoyed walking with David. We talked, we laughed, like father-daughter. We walked and explore everything. We not only met people but also snakes and alligator. So much fun!! We were home at 5 pm for had a dinner and chillin’ night together before sleep.

Another memories
In the other hand, some YSEALI fellows have a memorable things to explore. Lily, Ivan, Matt, and Woon went to Yellowstone National Park with their family. It was amazing, said Lily. The saw a lot of wild animals and the enjoyed the spectacular views there. Hana and Lanoy went to Farmer’s Market and picked up some fresh produce, the they went to Kelly island. Boys team: Angain, Kimleng, and Mick exploring Hamilton County Fair. Last but not least, Ferdy and Immawan went to Helena with their family, looking around and explore anything there.
Till this day, all of us—YSEALI fellows, enjoy every moment we have. We can explore anything here in Missoula. And I am sure it will leave many memories, not only for us but also for everyone here especially our American family who hosting us for two days. Beyond, it is not just a memory but a ton of love. For us and for our family here.
